The temporary exhibition " Ocean, Climat et Nous" (Ocean, Climate and Us) opens on April 6th at the "Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie" (Paris, France).

The Ocean occupies 70% of our planet and plays a major role in regulating climate. Today, climate change and overexploitation of the marine resources change its behavior. What are these changes? What are the impacts?

In partnership with Ifremer, the exhibit of the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie provides key-elements to understand the close links between Oceans, Climate and People. 

The exhibition opens from April, 6th, 2011 to June 2012 and a colloquium is also organised on April 8^th and 9^th at the Cité des Sciences during which several scientific will make some presentations on Oceanography.
